Response from Dedicated Movers:

Movers arrived to job. Loaded his truck with his couch and a few boxes. As movers were driving out to offload the couch, the movers car started having trouble and they realized they needed to turn around and switch vehicles. We contacted the customer to let him know it would be 1 hour delay due to the car malfunction but we still could head to the offload location and would not charge any additional charges. Customer denied the help and said he would do it himself.
