Noticed today a hole in the stairway,,, not sure how it got there? Hoping they would have told me if they did it?

Fired them part way through the job. Provided 100 blankets, 100 rolls of tape, and 2000' of shrink wrap. Asked them to wrap ALL furniture. Did not wrap ANY. Was told they would disassemble furniture (legs off tables, etc) they did not Put 2 dozen HEAVY boxes on top of an antique buffet in the truck. Had MULTIPLE points where cardboard, plastic and even metal was making contact with finished wood on furniture. Put couch on its front face, and then piled multiple heavy boxes on its back (would have cracked the frame. Would barely have been able to fit half of our stuff into the truck. Last straw was putting tape directly onto finished wood. Stripped the finish right off! They are NOT movers. Don't trust or hire these people if you are looking for MOVERS. They are DAY LABORERS. If all you need is for them to move boxes, or move some furniture around in your house, they might work. They sold themselves as experienced movers. They are not.

I would ABSOLUTLY !!! Recommend Metro Movers to anyone moving !! We had Erin and Robert helping us on our move!! And they really were professional and polite!!
And the manager Michael was EXTREAMLY helpful when I called to book our move !!

The movers were prompt and courtious. They unloaded the truck promptly taking care of all items. They also packed and loaded storage facility effectively.
Would use them again.
