11/28/2018Truck Load & Unload The movers were very professional. They knew how to perform a complete moving process with efficiency, accuracy, competency and courtesy. The movers packed the truck carefully and there were no damages whatsoever. They are the best!!! Thank you Jordan and Justice!!!!

My experience with themselves was very good. When my originally requested moving team was unavailable got in touch with me immediately and found another team for me. Unfortunately that's where their involvement ended. The night before we were due to unpack the moving truck at the final destination I received a call from the movers letting me know that they were going to be at least two hours late. This was a problem as I had plenty of other friends and family scheduled to help move the smaller items which could not be accessed until the larger items that I had planned on the professional movers to move was removed from the truck. When I spoke to the person from the moving company who called me he told me that he had no way to adjust my time request through and that he had not wanted to refuse the job. Instead he waited until the night before the job to let me know of the schedule change. This was not 's fault, but I was frustrated because the way the system works gives them and the moving companies limited control. I may have been better off going directly to the moving companies themselves. Unfortunately there was not only the scheduling issue but the movers were unprofessional and one was borderline rude. They tried to move a heavy dresser upstairs without removing six drawers for some reason, which was a debacle, and when the dresser couldn't get around the corner they brought it back down, told me it was impossible and offered no other options. My friend who was on site ended up removing the legs and putting them back on (a somewhat drastic measure which I would not have asked the movers to do), and the dresser made it upstairs. On the plus side the movers did work quickly. My movers on the front end of my trip that I had found through were great.

The movers arrived when scheduled even though the weather and roads were not the best. They evaluated the situation and the furniture was in the house and set up very quickly.

Leo and Brandon of Crew4 moving were friendly, efficient, professional and added an element of humor to a tiring, stressful day. I would highly recommend this service and I will definitely use them again when it’s time to move out! Way better than doing all that heavy lifting alone!
