They were quick and CAREFUL!

They showed up 30 minutes late with no supplies and took almost four hours to unload a truck that took 1.5 hours to load. I would absolutely not use them again and I would not recommend anyone else do either. They are nice guys but not professional.

No supplies were ordered for your job. And you lived in a huge high rise apartment, it very difficult to get into your home when you didn’t have an elevator for us, didn’t have any specified entrance for us to arrive, and you didn’t know where you wanted us to put any items. So we had to wait for your wife to tell us where to put everything. You specifically asked us to ask your wife where everything goes. However most of the time we didn’t know where she was. You also lived on higher than the 15th floor. We apologize for your experience however those were all out of our hands. We called 2 hours before we were late to inform you that your area has heavy traffic and we were stuck. You were in a very busy highly populated area and were not prepared for movers to come.
