The job was to load a cargo van with about 40 cases of wine from my basement. Unfortunately one case got dropped and one bottle was broken. They worked hard and loaded the van very well. Overall a good experience. Would use them again.

Two of the 3 men showed up on time, the other was 20 minutes late. The crew was friendly and careful with my belongings, but also repeatidly would take individual breaks during the time I booked. Had they been unable to complete the task in the 3 hour window, this would have been a major issue. Additionally, I was told they would provide and handtruck, which they did not.
