Joy did a wonderful job coordinating the move. Although one of the first movers was hesitant to move our spinet piano, Joy did a great job of coordinating a second set of movers at no additional charge to move the piano within the same day. They took great care to make sure our furniture was not damaged during the moving process, and they were very friendly and cordial. Would definitely recommend to a friend.

5/30/2021Portable Storage Unload Joy, Tay, and Michael were a pleasure to talk to and great to work with. I hired them to unload furniture and boxes from a storage unit to my garage. They were professional about everything. They moved all items quickly and efficiently. They were able to strategize moving some of my difficult furniture which was packed incorrectly. Great teamwork there! After some things were moved to the garage, they moved some of the things again to my basement and other rooms in the house. They offered advice on future moves which I appreciated. I also appreciated how Joy called a few days before the move and the day of the move to confirm everything. I would recommend them to others and will gladly work with them again on my next moving project.

I hate to let one bad apple spoil the bunch, but I have to leave honest feedback. The movers themselves were AMAZING, they were fast, efficient, professional, incredibly hard workers. However, the owner Tyler was WILDLY unprofessional and rude. I had a minor grievance after the move, and sent him a kind and professionally worded text message about it, to which his response was completely uncalled for. He had me literally in tears. Great movers, if you don't have to deal with Tyler.
