15 minutes late. Clearly inexperienced. Not very careful.
Used dolly from U-Haul truck to move furniture without using pads.
Brought a 3rd person who was not a paid employee which was fine,
however, I question insurance issues. They brought no tools or other
apparatus any mover would use such as a pull cart. Worked very slowly
and were unable to finish the job in the 3 hours they were contracted
for and simply left some items outside and inside the building elevator.
They were as unfamiliar with the process as we were. (We owe them money)
Overall, I think they were nice, courteous people who did not know
what they were doing/need training/need supervision.
