They did a great job. They had no one available in my area so they sent two guys from two hours to honor their agreement. They called ahead for letting me know of the situation. William and Patrick were very professional through the whole process. They listened and put things in perfectly and helped me hook up all my appliances. Would recommend 100%.

6/16/2018Portable Storage Unload They arrived at 10 instead of 8 (this change in time was agreed to by the owner) at uhaul to pick up the boxes. That struggled batting the bed together. They made negative comments about the packers. Nothing was broken. Everything else was fine.

I would rank zero stars on all if this was an option. The company did not confirm the day before and when called day of moving did not respond to my voice message. Movers arrived two hours late. No dolly-movers said B&L told them we had one. An absolute lie. Then moved white cloth chairs with filthy hands requiring me to have to file a claim to have them cleaned. Movers first time to move-had answered an ad on Facebook the day before. I don’t fault the movers-they had zero experience. The fault lies 100% on B&L.
