The team of four movers worked as a unit and unloaded the two OD trucks in rapid time without cutting corners and always communicated with us as to the placement of the items. The lead person (Jason, I think) kept the team focused and on the job. This was a 5 star team and we felt everything was under control. They would be my choice hands down!!! Charles and Joy

Unfortunately, I was not pleased with these movers. They not up to the standards of the movers we had previously used. They fell far short of our let me say that we provided lunch for the movers and tipped them with a good amount. The owner of Personal Touch Movers said she was remodeling her bathroom and when she got a call informing her that her bathtub had arrived the whole crew was gone within 30 minutes. They had worked for several hours and before they left I took her to the screened porch and told her that everything on the porch was supposed to be on the second floor. There were 3 armories (two of them were left on their sides), several pieces of a modular desk unit, and some small tables. The guys said they could not get the armories upstairs even though they had already taken one up that was bigger than the ones on the porch. My husband is 67 and has had two major back surgeries, two knee replacements and has mentioned that he has been having chest pains. I am 63 and in the past several months have had two major neck surgeries and hand surgery. Neither one of us should be lifting heavy boxes and furniture. We have had to take up at least 8 pieces of furniture not to mention the boxes that were left on the first floor that were clearly marked to go upstairs. I labeled all the furniture and boxes with bright neon paper about 1/2 of a 81/2 x 11 sheet of paper with each room having a different color. Before the movers got started I took them to all the rooms and told them what the rooms were. In total there were maybe 5 boxes or furniture pieces not labeled. We are still moving boxes upstairs and the 3 armories are still on the porch, two of them still on their sides. It has been raining and I am afraid they will be ruined but there is no way we can get them upstairs by ourselves. The owner told me that the movers could come back to the house and take the remaining pieces of furniture and boxes upstairs for $80 an hour if I went through Elite Movers or $25 an hour if I went through Personal Touch. There is no way I am willing to give them more money because they did not get the boxes and furniture upstairs in the first place. I always give high marks on surveys if the work is deserving but I am afraid I cannot do so in this Jones
