4/7/2023Truck Unload

Hire to help unload a 26ft moving truck. Showed up with no equipment and in sandals. Only unloaded about half the truck maybe. Their boss told them to leave at 2 hrs whether it was complete or not. Despite my reservation saying you pay by the hour after the 2 hr mark and that they would have a hand dolly. They didn’t bring a dolly and the older guy took 3 breathers while just getting the headboard into the house. The girl didn’t do much just stayed in the moving truck the whole time. Didn’t bring the washer and dryer up stairs because they didn’t have a dolly. And it sucks because they were all very nice but this job was so poorly managed and bid. Felt ripped out and didn’t get my moneys worth. They also replied to my other review with untrue information.

Hey Kathryn, Sorry for the confusion I mistaked your review for another. I am sorry you feel ripped off but that is not the case. Unfortunately we moved as much as we could in the 2 hours time that you booked. The older guy was also carrying items aup the stairs numerous times so taking a breather is understandable. Additionally I never bid your job. You chose 3 men for 2 hours. We had availability for the 2 hours and the 2 hours only and we informed you of this onsite. 4/6/2023Truck Unload

Very disappointed. They refused to unload my leather sofas. They said that they were too heavy. They worked for one hour and charged me for 3, leaving half of the truck behind. I had to hire a different company to complete the job. For that reason I don’t recommend them.

Hello Solange, I am sorry you were disappointed with our services. Unfortunately, we serviced everything we could within the 3 hours you reserved.  You failed to mention the sofa weighing over 300 lbs and going up 3 flights of stairs. We explained that the job was underbooked and you still wanted us to try to carry the overweight sofa up the unmentioned 3 flights of stairs and didn't want to pay extra for the services. You were charged for what you booked and nothing more.

The guys that arrived to help were awesome! Friendly, and  worked really hard in 93 degree's and didn't really stop.  I would highly recommend this service!
