8/27/2019Truck Load & Unload HIGHLY RECOMMEND YOU GO SOMEWHERE ELSE. We ordered 3 guys for 3 hours between 9-11 am. Spoke with Josh (the head guy) the night before via text and he said they would be there around 8:45. The next morning one guy showed up around 9:30. We waited around for about 45 minutes before he decided to begin loading the truck. He, my husband and I loaded the truck for the first load. The head guy did not show up until 11:30 am. and the 3rd guy not until 11:45. When they did get working they were moving slow and not super efficient. Josh offered to help us move the couch into the location we wanted as he was unloading the first run, but didnt say anything about it after we finished. While the guys did help break down the beds (my husband did most of it), they didn't even offer to put them back together. By that point I was done with them being inofecient and slow, i just said forget it. I made a point to mark all boxes with glass and fragile items with a large F. I informed them of this, but they were still rough. Thankfully only one glass broke I attribute this more to my use of tons of packing material rather then their handling. The timing was not great either. I expected to be done by 12/12:30 based on the arrival time he quoted (8:45). But we didn't finish until about 3:30. While he did give us a break on the cost ($10), I would NOT recommend them.
