9/18/2019Truck Unload

I scheduled 4 guys for 2 hours. They were supposed to show up at 0800-1000, they called and rearranged to meet at my house at 5pm. The gentleman who called called a second time and advised he would show up 15-20 minutes early. He showed up by himself 30 minutes late. My friend started to help the gentleman for an hour and a half to offload everything. At that point, two guys showed up to “help” There wasn’t much left, they helped for 20 minutes and everyone left. Worst service ever.

I'm sorry you didn't need the help you had asked for. I had to pay my helpers regardless if there wasn't much left for them to do. I wasn't happy about that either. But I'm a man of my word. I actually pay those who help me and don't complain or try to get out of having to pay for help once I've asked for it. Like christofer did. He resorted to calling the police to back him up and further his claim of unhappiness and protect himself and his family? Or why were the police called? You did instruct me to reload the Budget truck. You said "it's still here" If the stress of life has you down and maybe a little broke, please don't take it out on the small working man.

Movers brought their dogs adding stress to our move although willing to leave them in the truck. They brought a truck helping us get moved faster and got the job done in 3 hours. One piece of bedroom furniture was scratched up.
