This was the worst nightmare I have ever had for moving. The people who finally showed up were useless in every way. We have damaged propertym items dropped where they shouldnt be, things turned up side down, things not reassembled nor disassembled. Absolutely disgusting job. Never, never again.

Movers were prompt, professional, communicated clearly, prepared and went above and beyond to help me. I would recommend these three movers and elite movers anytime. They really were outstanding.

Overall, the service needs to be improved. Not because the movers were not polite or nice. They were very nice and corteous. But they did not come prepared with proper clothing, dollies, gloves etc and it was obvious that they have not done this line of job before but were beginners (the supervisor has done this before and he was very good at orchestrating. But the laborers were obviously amateurs). Lifting techniques were terrible, too much weight at a time which ended up causing stress and light damage on the materials carried and not proper positioning to avoid possible mishaps. I decided to jump in and do a lot of carrying worried that some of the materials will get damaged. Intentions were good but the company needs to spend time in training with their staff.

The two men were professional. They did get lost while trying to find us and they were about an hour and half later then they said they would be. Not sure they had the right address in the first place. I did not realize that Christian Moving Services hires out. That was upsetting.
