The 3 movers were polite, kind, caring and careful. They even had a sense of humor which is always important. We were all very pleased.

7/29/2015Portable Storage Unload Mike and Russell were so kind and very fast yet careful and extremely efficient in how they put things into my condo. They had limited space to put a whole lot of stuff and they managed to get it all in and neatly! I would highly recommend both of them for any moving/unloading job. Hopefully I will not have need of their services any time in the near future but if I find myself in that position I will not hesitate to call and ask for them! They were very polite and very professional. Thank you!

Please note that my rating INCLUDES my lack of satisfaction with Elite Moving Labor. In my 2 or 3 telephone conversations with Elite personnel, and then my conversations with Here to There personnel, it was clear that little or no information had been passed along to or between parties. Every time someone called me they asked what I was moving although I had been as descriptive as possible when requesting the quote and confirming a service request. I was notified of the 2 hour arrival window at the very beginning and scheduled accordingly, since I was driving from out-of-state to the move location. I locked on 10AM-noon and yet at 8AM Here to There called to say they would be there at 9:15AM. I told them no and that I wanted them at 10AM and they agreed. But at 10:20 I had to call them because they weren't there yet. They did arrive within 5 minutes and the whole move (loading) was accomplished, as I anticipated, in less than an hour. However, the first thing they asked me was what I was moving. I never saw a dolly or other equipment or supplies, although they were not needed. But their boss had added $25 for "materials" to what they were supposed to charge me. I felt that I had to oversee how they packed the truck. They had to borrow my pen. They had to write down my credit card information and were unable to give me a copy of any paperwork. And my credit card has been charged $180.25 instead of $175; please have that corrected immediately. All in all, the 2 individuals from Here to There were nice and I do not fault them since they accomplished the job. However, I am totally dissatisfied with the "service" that Elite provided by simply turning my name and number over to a very unprofessional 3rd party.
