Movers were great and were a lot quicker than estimated time needed. Did not like the fact that I had to pay for 4 hours when I only used 2. I was told 4 hours was the minimum for 3 movers but when I tried to book 3 for 2 hours I was able to get a quote for that.

7/14/2022Portable Storage Unload The movers were supposed to come on a Wednesday, but we called the Monday before and they were actually able to move up their time to come even sooner at our request! Great that they were able to do that so last minute. Overall I feel like the movers did a good job getting everything into the house quickly and safely. The only thing I thought was strange was that they didn't seem like they wanted to help us assemble the bedframe for the master bedroom (it's pretty large and bulky, so would have been difficult for us to do on our own) even though the booking confirmation said it included furniture disassembly/reassembly. The flat out refused to help us rebuild the crib, as they said it was a legal issue. Just would have been nice to know ahead of time if they wouldn't help with the crib, and also would have been nice if they didn't act like reassmbling the furniture was such an inconvenience. But overall, their timeliness and ease with moving everything into the house made the rest of it worth it!
