This was the worst experience I have had working with ANY privately owned company in my life. The guys who were supposed to help me move had "car trouble" and needed me to come pick them up. They also needed me to drop them off after they were done. I was thinking that bad things happen and it was not their fault. Well after I dropped them off I circled the block to see if they were really waiting for a tow truck for their car. They were gone. I am active military. The reason they needed me to pick them up is because they new for whatever reason they would not be allowed on post. Whether because of their background, credentials, or drug addict like appearance. I WILL NEVER USE THIS COMPANY AGAIN. THIS COMPANY IS A COMPLETE SCAM!

We do apologize sir for the inconvenience, yes we troubled you for coming to pick up the guys and dropping them, after you dropped them they drove the car same way as it was over heating and they had to stop many times before they got back to office. For all inconvenience we caused we gave you an hour discount, it was 4 hours job but we only charged 3 hours. Our movers have gone many times to the military with no problem, we do background check and everything before hiring. We do apologize for all inconvenience caused

The two movers were excellent. Very friendly and considerent. Very professional and good loaders, they got everything in pod, loaded safely, had lots of odd shaped furniture, wrapped and blanketed all pieces. I wish i could use these two for every move i have. Thanks again!!
