The movers were capable and accommodating of my requests. I would readily use C&M Movers again. I would not use. Michelle, the coordinator, was extremely unprofessional. She was not available to take payment over the phone at the end of the job and I didn’t have time to wait at the house for her to call back. I was driving in areas with poor internet connectivity and when I told her I couldn’t Venmo the balance due until I arrived home in two hours, she told me first that the movers needed gas money to get home and I needed to pay her before she could pay them, and then when I reiterated to her that I couldn’t do that just at that moment, she told me the movers would have to return to my unloading location to reconcile the balance with me. I perceived that as a physical threat, and her statement also contradicted her previous statement that they needed gas money. Will not use in the future.

Chris is the BEST loader I’ve ever worked with!! My only wish is they wore uniforms or matching shirts but that is simply my preference. C&M Movers were beyond helpful and respectful.
