We had originally booked a truck load on 6/20/19 but then had to move to 6/21/19. I spoke to Joshua and he told me that we were all set. The week of our move I called and left a few messages for him asking to confirm. On day 3 he finally called me back on 6/20/19 and confirmed our appt on 6/21/19. On 6/21 NOBODY SHOWED UP. I called and texted and NOTHING, he then turned his phone off his phone. We had to scramble and load the 22 foot truck ourselves because we had to move out of state the next morning. At 10 pm or so Joshua texted me back the following “My phone has been off for hours. I'm so sorry!! I can try for tomorrow if you're interested?” PLEASE DO NOT HIRE HIM, HORRIBLE SERVICE WITH NO CONSIDERATION OF ANYONE! He just didn’t show up, who does that? If I could give a 0 star I would.

3/22/2019Truck Load & Unload Josh and team were fast, efficient, and knowledgeable. We had a Grandfather clock to move he understood the right process in which to take it apart and put it back together again. I would not only use them again, but recommend them as well.

Polite, well mannered, friendly, respectful and professional!!! They immediately moved furniture and never stopped to rest. They were quick and very careful with the walls and floors while going down the stairway. I was surprised that they finished moving everything so quickly, and they asked if there was anything else they could help with after they were through. They also called me the night before to remind me. Excellent service!!!! Highly recommend!!!!
