The movers packed our truck as if they were unloading a house for a trip to the dump!!!! They caused damage to many of my belongings (torn leather couches, chipped wood furniture, broken bookshelves) while dropping furniture outside the house without furniture pads or shrink-wrap causing destruction. We were repeatedly informed that all of our belonging would be protected with furniture pads and shrink-wrap. Unfortunately this was not the case and our belongings suffered irreparable damages. One mover left a used cigarette in our house (we do not smoke or allow others to smoke in our home); this was absolutely unacceptable. We were very accommodating to the staff and our kindness was mistaken for naivety resulting in an experience that was deplorable.I called JL Leasing regarding our experience detailing all the issues that occurred. I emailed the office manager several pictures of how our belongings were handled as well as images of the damaged furniture. Unfortunately my emails and calls went unanswered and unreturned. After several calls I have decided to complete this review as I was always informed that the manager was away from the office and unable to speak with was without question the worse experience I have ever encountered and would strongly suggest that you consider all options before using this company.

5/7/2017Portable Storage Load The guys were so nice. Never complained about the flights of stairs they had to climb. In the rain. With heavy furniture. They were polite. Helpful. Ok time. Quick. Careful. They were positive and nice. We would love to hire them again!
