They new what they were doing.  I was very happy with the job they did.

The crew did an excellent job of loading the 26' truck.  In fact, the crew that unloaded the truck was sooooo impressed that they took pictures of how tightly the truck was packed.  They did not waste any space!!!  I would highly recommend that crew to anyone!!!

Everything was great except for the fact that they dropped my washing machine as they were taking it down the basement steps.  We haven't hooked up the washer or dryer yet but I REALLY hope that my washing machine works properly.

Our movers were 15 minutes late, which was not the end of the world, but they had called earlier to confirm they were on time. When we opened and unpacked our truck unfortunately we found it was very carelessly packed, with damage to some art that a piece of furniture had been shoved up against. This is a personal preference, but if you are Covid-conscious this is not the company for you. They arrived without masks. They went to get them when we let them know the storage space required them but didn’t really wear them at all. Again - preference thing but good to know.

I wish I’d called them sooner!  We moved in a couple of weeks ago and had been working around where the original movers Had placed our furniture. After being in the house a couple of weeks we had a list of changes we wanted before unpacking any further. Nick and Brandon came in and moved the furniture, carried heavy boxes to basement, helped me rearrange patio furniture, etc.  They were careful with our furniture, polite and professional. Would absolutely call them again!
