7/11/2017Portable Storage Unload My movers showed up 10 minutes late with no call or warning. When I called to see where they were my call was ignored and sent straight to voice mail. The men who arrived had no identification or uniform. They mumbled every time they spoke and were very uncommunicative in general. I had booked 3 movers and only 2 came because "the other guy does not like to work on Sunday." The two men that showed up were unbelievably slow and started complaining after 30 minutes that their backs hurt. My family moved our stuff more efficiently and professionally than these guys did! Because they were a man short they told me they would give me an extra hour free but we finished early because my family got the job done, even moving heavy furniture! These two men would slam down boxes and then spent nearly 20 minutes talking to my husband about how cool his things were. As far as the elite moving company goes my reservation was easy and affordable but when I called back to share my experience with the movers I left a message and was never called back. I will certainly not be using elite movers or the company they linked me to ever again and I would tell anyone I know to do the same.
