This review is a little misleading with inaccurate information. Yes we are friendly of course! But yes they had a home on a heel with steep steps. They had 2 massively heavy couches and a heavy wide dog kennel. We all had to get it up those steep steps in which they assisted us and the broken kennel resulted from the dads idea to remove it from the box that it was in for better carry. The dad assured it would be fixed and for the daughter not to worry. We told her it would be more fitting to hire a 3 to 4 man crew for this type of work In the future. The major inaccurate info was careless giving of items, we did not carelessly handle her things we even used blankets to slide heavy items once we reached the home to prevent floor damage. The dog kennel is what triggered her disappointment in which I’ve already addressed previously.
