I was told this was a professional company. I made several attempts to reach the company prior to my move. I paid the movers cash because of delay of response. The company called to request I pay them again because they wanted the payment submitted through an app. I had no problem with this but retrieve my money from the movers and I will send it back through the app. They threngthen to file a police report because i wouldn't pay them a second time. Never will I use this company again
