DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!!! SO MUCH DAMAGE UPON ARRIVAL THAT ALMOST EVERY PIECE DAMAGED OR BROKEN. They appeared very nice and that they were there to help however they clearly have no moving expertise. They packed our truck the first time with all light items in the back and everything heavy on top or in the front so when the truck shifts everything would get broken. It appears they did this to take advantage of the time and left almost all heavy items for the end so we would have to purchase more time. When the first pack was so bad there were holes in the pack that you could stand in we asked them to come back. To their credit they did come back and actually seemed to make a tighter pack as we were able to get more items in that container than the first time. We thought based on this tighter pack and their "expertise" our load would be fine. Little did we know that when we arrived at our destination almost all of our furniture was either damaged or broken. We had to throw out multiple pieces of furniture, have large repair bills, and only response from company was we must have changed trucks on them which makes no sense at all as why would someone remove all their items from a professional mover and unload and reload themselves just to make the mover look bad. Please be careful when using this company. As a homeowner who used them to move there is no reason for us to want to blame them for something that is not their fault. Our trailer had no damages on arrival and unpacking company also took pictures and couldn't believe a professional moving company was hired claiming this was "the worst load they have seen in 25 years in business". We tried multiple times to work with Golden to try and work things out with very little response with the only claim that the pictures of the original pack and the new pack were clearly different trucks which. Even if true (which is absurd as who would unload and reload a trailer that was professionally packed) the last pack with pictures provided still caused the damage. THIS COMPANY IS NOT A MOVING COMPANY DO NOT USE!!

8/6/2023Portable Storage Unload They were great but recommend that all the movers bring lots of water. One guy left to go to the store to buy water for himself during the move. It's too hot in Texas in July to come without water. Otherwise they were great!
