6/14/2019On-Site Move

Left a lot to be desired. Contracted for 4 workers and barely got 3 (unless we include the child left in their transport).One of the workers seem very competent and he was a very hard workerAt the end of the day they stuck with it and got the job done, but would have been done sooner if only they had the personnel to do so. All in all, friendly enough, but when it came time to pay insisted on cash-which we did not have, and did not provide invoice.

Thank you for the opportunity however , the items were not storage they were thrown in and most items were in torn thin trash bags. Everything toppled onto us upon opening the units. As movers, we expect that things are prepared properly in order for the move to run smoothly and timely. Time is consumed when we as movers are forced to tidy and prepare customer belongings before loading or unloading them. While we as movers have a part to play, our customers need be reminded that their preparedness is most important. Cash is an acceptable form of payment , yet we have never and would never demand that payment be made in any specific manner. We simply explain that cash is our preferred method of payment, however credit card payments are also accepted. Please remember that the customer is responsible for presenting items that are fit to move... Thank you again.

1/30/2019 Load

The four stars on preparedness was NOT the owner's fault! SHE has the heart of TEN strong men let me tell you.. She was not able to provide some of the muscle she thought was ready.. they chickened out because I was unlucky enough to live on the third floor.. of our Apartments.. SHE showed up as did enough to get the job done. My concern was that she would hurt herself trying to be a big huge man who could move a mountain!. She did it though. Washer and Dryer the WORST of all.. three flights of stairs.. so yes.. Give these folks a call. You will also be much entertained by their wit and good personalities!! We even had lunch together during the day.. THAT is not the norm either but they were THAT nice! Thank you LaKenya and company! You were wonderful!
