The movers were very courteous and professional but they needed to use my tools and my cart in order to move one piece of large furniture. Plus somehow one of the nuts that goes on the back of one of my bed screw was misplaced in the move. So instead of having eight nuts for eight screws I now have 7 nuts for eight screws. Thanks for the assistance because I could not have done the move without them.
