HORRIBLE SERVICE…..I was charged a rate for 2 movers only 1 showed up I was only discounted $11 for the other not showing, the guys did not speak English we could not communicate, my friend had to help him load the truck with a bad back, he did not have the expertise of a mover much more a laborer he was just throwing stuff anywhere on the truck….pushing my furniture into other furniture causing scratches and damage to my furniture…..what a disaster…..then I used another moving labor to sign up which charged me a $59 deposit then Elite Moving Service stating they need my credit card information to charge the remaining balance which I was not told I had to pay $25 transportation fee……Administrative fees……it was a UNJUSTIFIED rip off
