Overall they were not prepared to disassemble furniture, or move larger items. They had a dolly, but still scratched items up. They broke a drawer to my daughters bed. They lost hardware to my son's bed. I have tried to contact the owner several times about the damages, and get the run around. She says she is sending a form to fill out, but never sends one. Overall Loading and Loading cost over 1100.00, but I feel like I got taken as I could of hired full service had my load and loading date been the same, and wouldn't of had the issues we had. Moving Labor needs to vet their company's a little better.

the 2 movers that showed up called me to tell me they would be on time at 10:00 AM. I told them as I had told the project manager Audrey the day before when she called, that I was unable to pick up the UHaul trailer until 10:00 AM the same morning. I also told Frank when he called that I understood they would still get paid and that I understood that it would cut into my 2 hour time. I had 2 friends to meet the movers Frank and Willie at the 717 S Crowley Rd. location and they would be let mumbled under his breath about me being late until I arrived. Frank and Willie sent me a text message at 10:27 AM indicating they were waiting at the storage unit. I arrived at 10: was loading the trailer with Frank's help and one of them broke a leg on my dining chair and didn't tell me. I found it when I had to re-arrange some of the load because it was tongue heavy. I lifted the chair out and part of the leg fell off!There were items I was not moving and the storage facility said they would remove them for me. I asked if Frank and Willie if they wanted anything that was left they were welcome to it. While Willie was finishing up loading my items Frank is busy going through the things I had said I did not want. this was still on my 2 hour time block. He should have been spending his time making sure my trailer was loaded properly and then I would not have had to fix it later!I do not know if you do any kind of partial refunds when I have to fix the way things were loaded after I was assured I was getting professional movers but I spent at least 45 minutes re-positioning things to get the load more even and I still had one leg broken on my chair. I am requesting a refund of one half of my total, $69.00 + $195 for a total of $264. the refund request I am making is for $132.00 for the work I had to do when they were supposedly done and for the repair of my chair can contact me by phone or via emailPhone: EMail: you for your time and attention to this matter.

I was charged a $50 fee for late arrival that was not disclosed until a late in the evening then the team showed up an hour and a half later than the time we had suggested. It was a rough day we had gotten a bad truck that shifted our time out 7 hours so we were exhausted. It was nice that the movers did show eventually but I thought the late fee not being mentioned earlier was a bit inconsiderate and sort of took advantage of a bad situation
