The two movers were excellent. They arrived within the given time frame and worked hard until the move was over. They were friendly and respectful during the entire move and made sure everything was being placed in the proper location during the unpack. I will definitely be calling back in 4 months when our townhouse is ready and we leave this apartment.

Overall, not satisfied with the work. Movers arrived during the designated time but did not have the correct materials despite having talked directly with them on what they needed. They had the wrong tape and had purchased very expensive shrink wrap. Although they were very friendly, they worked at a snail's pace and constantly packed and repacked the truck which took an inordinate amount of time. What should have been a 4-hour job stretched into over 8 hours to pack a 26 foot truck! Nearly everything had been boxed and ready and required them to blanket the furniture. Often two of the movers would be conferring at the back of the truck arguing about how best to position the freight while the third did a lot of the work on the furniture. We ended up preparing a lot of the furniture ourselves and had we not, they would have been there even longer. I felt that we did not get a good value for our money and in fact, were "milked" a bit to get additional time. Fortunately, none of the items in the truck were damaged during our move across country but we unloaded the truck in under 2 hours. There was a lot of dead space in parts of the truck that might have been more wisely used to get more items on the truck. As it was, several pieces of furniture were left behind. I will never use this mover again.

The two guys (I forgot their names already ... Moris and Kevin?) were great. Good communication, prompt, and professional.
Bottom line is that I would hire those two guys again! I don't know what more you can say than that!

Very nice and polite men. They were extremely late but still within our timeframe. We had four men to move about 6 heavy pieces of furniture on new refinished hardwood floors. We knew we couldn't lift the pieces ourselves so we wanted professionals to do the job. Instead, they placed the heavy items on a quilt and dragged them to the designated rooms. My hardwood floors are now scratched and I need to have them finished AGAIN. I spent $300 for movers who ruined the $15k floors I just had done. Not a good experience at all.
