I had a plan that I asked them to follow, and instead they just kind of dove in. I had a very important piece of furniture that I wanted to leave until later in the move. I turned around and they had incorrectly disassembled the bed my dad built and I was genuinely concerned they were about to break it. I wished they were more willing to talk about approach at the beginning of the move, but they seemed so hurried and like they were trying to just get it done and get out of there. We didn't hit the two hours I paid for (not even an hour) because, even though there were still things I could have used help with, they declared I could do the rest later and asked for payment. This move was done on Thanksgiving in the middle of a global pandemic, so a whole lot of this might have just been that they were eager to get home, and that's 100% understandable. That said, I wouldn't recommend the experience I had to others and I've certainly had better experiences with movers.
