I changed the time to a later slot and this was not communicated to movers, so they were 1.5 hours early. We were ready, so it was OK. Everything else was outstanding and way above expectations. Top notch!!

Your arrival window time was 9 to 11 am, which means movers had to arrive any time in between 9 and 11 am to start work, movers arrived at 9:30 am, I don't see any problem with that.. please let me know if you have any questions..



They were even more helpful than we hoped they would be. We hired them for four hours and they finished early! We had them move furniture and boxes from our basement to the second floor. They did that and more without one complaint.

Freight Load in Gainesville, VA

I was quoted two hours no more than 2 1/2 for sure with up to 8 feet of linear space it ended up being 7 feet of Linear space but it took them three hours so I was a little disappointed in the estimate being off so much and how long it actually took.

Truck Unload in Staunton, VA

The positive experience I had with Elite in Nashville is why I hired them again in Staunton. The Staunton experience was not good. The movers were not self motivated, and had to be admonished repeatedly. I ended up having to move much of the contents in the truck myself instead of concentrating on the unpacking process. Additionally, I ended up paying for an extra hour...very frustrating.

First of all they called us on a short notice to help you unloading 22 foot truck, driving 135 miles one : Elevators was not reserved so that it took the movers 4 hours to unload the : movers did their best and finish your move at 9:00 at the night, and drive back reaching home at 1:00 AM.
