They have stood me up after I paid them.. The website has not helped me in this problem.. The movers went to the wrong address they said, left my 65 year old mother and my 2 year old daughter out in the heat for 3hrs waiting on them when she kept trying to get an update the manager hung up on her and blocked her.. And now the website nor the movers are responding.. she has had to extend her truck rental and this has cost her a lot more money than it ever should have.. this is unexceptable and we will be taking legal action

7/14/2023Portable Storage Unload A plus moving was a life saver. They accepted the job last minute after another company backed out. They showed up on time, worked hard, and got the job done FAST. They were polite, professional, and I couldn’t recommend them more.

7/22/2021Truck Load & Unload Movers showed up 5 hours late and did not communicate their ETA but gave vague times. Paid for 4 movers and only 3 showed up and 2 of them could not lift the furniture that was annotated with the weight amount. Would not recommend using these movers.
