Keith and his partner (sorry I didn't get his name!) were both extremely friendly and professional. They did amazing work unloading our truck for us. Both men worked very fast even in the crazy heat we had that day. I would definitely recommend them any day of the week!

8/26/2019Portable Storage Unload The movers were 2 and half hours late past the end of the time window without any notice or updates about them running behind. When i called to check on eta no one answered. Two guys in plain t shirts in an umarked car rolled up with a super sketchy hand written invoice that stated they were from A Plus Moving NOT Best Family. They demanded cash only and charged me a 30 dollar fuel surchage despite that being built into the fees and quote. When I told them to get bent if they wouldnt accept a credit card after being 2 and a half hours late, their boss on the phone changed his tune. Also despite their EXTREME tardiness and finishing over 90 minutes early, they refused to cut me any sort of a break on the charges. This is easily the worst moving experience I have ever had and this "company" is sketchy as hell at best.
