This was a complete waste of money. 300 dollars for the packers to basically pack part of the kitchen (I asked for the whole thing), part of the bedroom (once again, requested the whole thing) and put movies into a box in the living room (requested the whole thing). They were paid for 3 hours minimum and were here for a little over an hour. Then they wanted me to use their company for the actual move. I threw that card out as soon as I received it. I would absolutely never recommend this company to anyone.

The movers started off very well but then left the job early because they had been double booked by their manager due to a major miscommunication between Elite Movers and Ace. They were hired to work 8 hours but barley worked 6 hours and left early. Because of this our job was not able to be completed the next day leaving my husband and I to haul 3 large van loads of the rest of our stuff by ourselves.

The job was not completed. Communication between Elite moving and Ace Moving was very poor. They did not allocate enough time and did not pack the truck well enough to use all the space and therefore some of our stuff was left behind for us to move.
