6/14/2019Portable Storage Load The dispatcher for Won’t Stop Moving, Chris Neal, was not able to get a crew to show up. I spoke with Chris 3-4 times trying to find out what was happening and each time he said a crew was coming. He never called me. I always had to call him. I waited for three hours and then left after my repeated attempts to reach him went to voicemail. Six hours after Chris said a crew would arrive someone, named Rodney, who I had never spoken with called and said a crew was on there way. Apparently this crew was from PeopleHelpingPeopleMove. This crew moved like molasses. I am nearly 70 and was loading two carts to there one. I don’t think they know the first thing about packing. They don’t seem to know how to see how things will fit. They don’t seem to understand that it is necessary to fully lock all items in place so that they do not move while in transport. They worked for three hours and still did fully load one 16’ POD. I will never use them again or recommend them.

Bubba and LB were prompt, responsive, and fast. They helped me unload an entire 28 foot packed moving trailer in under 3 hours. I couldn't ask for anything more.
