Horrible! They never showed up or called! We were moving 3 hours away and had no help yesterday and we couldn’t do it all ourselves. Oh, and did I forget to mention the 1000 lb. safe that my husband had to load my himself? We are now on our way back after 3 hours of sleep to try and figure out how to load the couches that we couldn’t yesterday. This is the very reason why we don’t like to ask for help, because it’s a big let down! Thank you for standing us up and the extra money that you have caused us! I wanted to give you no stars, but it’s making me hit at least one star!!!!
