Arrived almost an hour late. I saw numerous times that furniture wasn’t being moved with care. Banging again walls and doors. One of the movers needed constant correcting. I asked for move from two locations and they only has one.  Scheduled for 5 hours and they left early and didn’t offer to the crew left we noticed that the front screen door would not close. We thought it was the air pressure return, but I looked at the screen door wasn’t closing because it was now hitting the weather stripping.I called the mover, explained what we saw and the owner completely denied that his crew did anything. Door was working fine before they showed up because my wife arrived first and opened the front door. Rather than saying let’s talk about it and let’s get someone to look at it. Nope. I might publish the video of my wife opening the door. We have a Ring Camera on the front door. I have everything that happened. Completely Unprofessional

Zolo Express we’re great.  They arrived on time, with the right equipment and got to work.  I booked for 3 hours and they were done in 2.5.  I would use them again.
