Great job with a difficult item (treadmill) to move. They were very conscientious about the walls and doors.

8/9/2018Portable Storage Unload The movers were supposed to be there between 2:00 and 4:00. They called us at 3:15 saying they were on their way but would be in traffic. Around 5:30, I had to call to figure out what was taking so long and then got a call back saying that the movers were 20mins away. They showed up two hours late, after I had already pulled most of the loose stuff out of the moving pods, leaving the boxes, bins, and furniture for the movers. They had everything unpacked and in the house within two hours, and nothing was damaged in the process. The manager called after the movers had left and offered to reimburse us some of the cost due to the fact that the movers arrived two hours outside of the arrival window, which was very nice of her to do.
