When I made the reservation, I asked for 10:30am, and was told that the window would be 11am-1pm, but that they will have them arrive closer to the 11am slot. I agreed and moved forward with the reservation. The movers did communicate with us on how far they were. The first call we received was at 1pm, to let us know they were over an hour away. They didn't arrive until 3pm, which we had no choice but to go with and it created a logistical nightmare for us later in the day.
Once they arrived, they were professional, very helpful, handled our items with care, and were efficient. However, timeliness is very important during a move. Requesting a certain time and having them come 4 hours later was not something I would deal with again. Our movers themselves were great but due to the poor expectation setting with logistics I will likely not use this company again when we move out of our storage unit into our new home. Thank you.
