These guys showed up and worked til everything was done! My giant sectional, all down a flight of stairs and into my basement, without a mark on anything. My 26' truck? Empty in about 2 hours. It was hot and humid, but they never complained or stopped. Absolutely #1 for any move I will make.

I'm the owner.  In-Laws hired and paid movers. Everyone was super busy with the move and we didn't have time to constantly supervise them. They did not pack the truck well. Towards the back and up top lots of empty spaces were left.  Items were loaded on truck that I specifically said not to load.  I had to search through the truck and boxes to remove those important items.   Couch and mattress were not encased in bags I had bought and provided as I directed them to be.  As a result we had to unload couch and mattress to put in bags and rearrange and repack truck to allow for all household items to fit.  My In Laws hired 3 men for the job. Two men and a youth showed up.  I understand they wanted to help the youth out, however 3 men should have been present. The youth could have been tipped based on performance at our discretion.  The men and young man were very polite and respectful.  They did not dilly dally around.  At the last minute they agreed to come one hour early and help pack. All packing materials were provided by us. They worked for 5 hours. Two hours past regularly scheduled time.  However we spent 2 and a half hours the next day fixing what was not done correctly.  I believe they were paid over and beyond and In Laws still tipped them each $40 apiece.  Total price for services without tip was $875.  We obviously did not  receive $875 worth of loading/packing.  Completely dissatisfied with service and would not hire again nor recommend.  I have advised my In Laws to not use again either if these are the type of movers they are listing on their site.
