The crew that came to help us were awesome. Anthony, Austin, and Dayton hustled, listened, and worked hard to help us. Our review is mixed because they did not come with a piano board - an essential piece of equipment for moving a baby grand piano. I called POG ahead of time to verify that they had a piano board and were capable of handling our piano. As much as they wanted to, I do not think the crew could have gotten our piano set up without a fourth person helping them - me. POG Movers dropped the ball. They failed to supple their crew with what they needed to do their job. And they failed us for not delivering on the service we paid extra for.

It's unfortunate when customers want to chintz on their loads and feel that we are responsible at the unload for their failure to provide the right equipment. When you have a baby grand piano you put a baby grand piano on a piano board and ship it that way you don't then take it off the piano board and delivered across country and then expect another team to lift it up sideways which is not the proper way to do it. This was explained to this customer in detail multiple times by email and text. We would love to be able to upload the email that it was discussed. And as far as the customer helping the customer help direct traffic and where he wanted things and he put hands on everything. As is his right. Just like his piano. Who are we to tell the customer that he can't touch his piano while reloading it.
