3/13/2021Portable Storage Unload The movers never showed up. The original time window was 12-3 at 2:15 i called to check up on when they would arrive and found out (after several calls) that my original mover wouldn't becoming but that someone else would be there in an hour. There was a call with the mover asking how much i would be paying him. When I told him what was agreed to, he said he couldn't work for that. I became the middle man communicating with his company. I called his company and asked them to speak with him. They called me back and said all was good. After an hour I called him back. He said he would be there in half an hour. After half an hour, I called him back. He didn't answer his phone. By this time it was 6 pm. We needed to move boxes and furniture into the garage as it was getting dark. I called his company and canceled the service and asked for my deposit back. I would never recommend this company.

6/12/2020Truck Load & Unload In a single sentence I would say they seemed shifty and poorly managed. First, they wanted to be paid in cash, not by card or check. That sets off alarms since I have had to suffer through 'cash only' contractors before. Second, I had to reschedule the move. When I spoke with them they kept asking if the move would be exactly the time frame I requested. Of course I had no idea how fast they would be or how they would operate so I didn't know. Then I said I needed to reschedule and he sounded relieved. When I had to reschedule again (that's just twice), they wanted HALF THE PRICE up front to 'hold the reservation'. In my experience 'cash only' contractors also try to add on extra cost when they show up and hire the people that will work for the least amount of money, or their buddies. Which means they wouldn't care about my possessions at all and items would get damaged. I will not use them again, I won't recommend them, in fact I would warn my friends away.

12/20/2019Portable Storage Unload Russel and Domingo helped unpack my small size Pod. It was so packed full that I couldnt even get the door open - but they got it open and everything moved out completely within about 40 minutes! They were so kind with me and my wife, and took care of my stuff, getting me the help I needed as I was unable to move things myself.
