Showed up an 1hr late then half assed followed instructions. No materials, no dolly, nothing. I supplied the dolly. Two of the workers were on the phone for 10 minutes atleast. Not good but cheap

9/17/2023Truck Load & Unload Movers were nice but they showed up at 1230, 30 minutes past the work told it took them 2hrs to get there. Brought their kid with them, my kids ended up entertaining ’t bring any moving supplies ie straps , they requested a tip since they drove so far to get there.

horrible service , was late and came with his children notworth it at all and said min 2 hrs. they showed up 1 hour late and did work for maybe 15 min

I believe it was the first day on the job for one of the 2 guys and his inexperience showed. Surdell was great - very professional and competent.

It started out poor, then got worse. They never called to confirm the initial appointment, saying that he forgot because his mother was in the hospital - ok, i can forgive that. When we spoke there was some margin of flexibility as we didn't know when we would be leaving and when we would arrive. As it turns out we were ahead of schedule. They did not respond to my call,. When they did respond, they cancelled and said they would arrive at 10/11am the next day. The next day they called and said they would arrive around 12/1pm, and 12/1pm they called and said they would arrive around 2pm. They finally arrived at 3:25pm. We had moved most of the items out of the truck at that point so it only took them 25 mins to unload the rest and still charged us nearly the full amount. Original quote was $350, they charged $318. The only reason they even got the $318 was because they didn't break an expensive antique armoire. They did not have paperwork prepared either. I understand his mother being sick, however business is business and they knew about our move 1month in advance and could of let me know there was an issue when it presented itself. They put us so behind in our plans and therefore we had to pay a late return fee to the truck rental company. Overall very dissatisfied and would rate them unprofessional with this experience.
