8/9/2016Portable Storage Unload Guys were very nice, but would be nice if they came in a uniform or something so you know they really work for the company.

We had two completely different experiences. Getting the movers to our house was frustrating, annoying, very stressful and a hassle to say the least. When they arrived, it went phenomenal. The owner did not communicate with us promptly about what was going once it was determined they wouldn't be on time. Deceived us on two separate instances regarding availability and arrival time frame. They ended up not coming the original day we scheduled, and were 2 hours late the next day (we were the first move of the morning). I don't blame the movers for this, it rests on the owner. Movers were 10/10, rest of the process was 1/10. If you use this company have a lot of flexibility for their arrival (including the next day) and be prepared to take the initiative to communicate on what is going on before the movers arrive, even if you are told there will be an update shortly (I was not until I contacted them again hours later).

Showed up with his step father who was coughing and sick and did not know what to do what so ever. Rushed through things and did not listen. Damaged brand new furniture because of rushing and not taking time to figure things out. Went through my tool box looking for tools without asking and should have come with their own tools. If it were not for the fact we had a lot done already and helped with loading the truck, it would have been a complete disaster. The guys who was supposedly the professional had no clue how to load a truck. Very unhappy with the service I received and just happy it is done and over. I work very hard for what little I have and did not appreciate the careless haphazard ways of this very unprofessional help.
