10/29/2021Portable Storage Load I was told by Thomas that my movers would come between 8-9am because I needed it dibs before 12. 10:30am rolls around and still no sign of the movers. I ended up doing the job myself. This company is extremely unprofessional and widely disorganized. Never use this company for any moving needs. They’re the worst.

The men who showed up were not advised that it was a third floor move and really struggled with the project. I suggest better communication between the planner and the movers. They worked very hard but it was tough on them.
