10/7/2019Trailer Load & Unload 7 hours late - no communication with me unless I called first. At one point the movers got into an argument with the owner over how they were going to get paid by the company and decided that they would leave my furniture in the garage. So I bribed them into from that, the movers did do a good job. They cared about doing a good job when they finally got there.

I am very angry and disappointed. My $270 vanity the legs and the mirror stand that was connected to the table was broken, my expensive $2,000 headboard have the legs broken off the wood was not able to put it on my bad because it was damaged my antique mirror stand was broken. I gave them ropes blankets and a thick comforter to secure my items trusting they would secure my items and when I unloaded the UHaul truck the blankets and comforters were just thrown at the end and they did not even use the ropes to secure the items I am furious I called the Mountain Empire moving company that was referred to us through moving labor and the owner's name was Logan and I was Furious and in tears explaining the damages of my furniture that cannot be replaced. I had certain antique pieces and that can never be replaced again I was very upset and when I explained tell him what happened he laughed at me. I am very angry very upset. My husband called and then spoke with him and my husband was very concerned on the reading this and how is company handled the situation due to their incompetence. Logan then told my husband he would reimburse me the tip which was $55 that I tip the movers even though the damage is to my items Wentworth $4,000 take it as a loss. I I would strongly not refer this company to anyone if you want your items secure they are not trained Movers they're careless very unprofessional and they are not concerned about the customers and they're damaged items that they did not secure! I strongly suggest to please go elsewhere and Lookout reviews so that you can have your items moved securely and proper care of your furniture! Sincerely Maria.F
