1/4/2023Portable Storage Unload The office staff was responsive, helpful, and great. The crews that showed up were friendly, respectful and worked hard. The only issue we had is we realized after the teams left that they didn’t take great care of our walls. We have a lot of spots where we are going to need to fix holes and repaint. There were lots of scuff marks on the walls. We do have curved staircases so that makes things difficult I would have just appreciated either communication that it was causing an issue or a little more care. All thought it was a pleasant friendly experience.

Great personal communication, right on time, and unloaded efficiently. I was very apprehensive about using this service because of the countless horror stories about movers, but I could not have been happier with this service.

The two movers were exceptional in every way as you can see in our ratings. They were so polite and friendly and sincerely wanted to do a good job (which they did!) And they offered some good advice regarding the move. Our contact was Nora, with whom we were pleased. She was very knowledgeable and helpful throughout the process. Their pricing was reasonable and we would definitely use this group again!
