9/22/2014Truck Load

Extremely dissatisfied with the service!!! They were instructed to make sure certain pieces of furniture made it onto the 20 foot U haul. One of those being a regular sized couch which they didn't try putting on until the very last thing and then lied by saying the 20 foot truck we had was too small for the couch. They spent 5 hours milking the clock loading the things we asked to only be loaded after all the furniture was placed on the truck. Finally, multiple items were damaged. Will never use this service again or recommend to anyone else.
