12/13/2023Portable Storage Unload Chris responded to my request same-day and his team was able to get all of my stuff unloaded quickly and efficiently despite the short notice after my previous labor plan fell through. The team communicated well and they placed all boxes and furniture into the correct rooms with no issues. I would hire them again for a future move.

Overall was disappointed after unloading the truck at our destination. Ended up being lots of dead space in the truck that could have fit items we ended up having to give away due to not being packed (estimated 15% dead space in 26 ft U-Haul). Several items were scratched upon unloading and multiple boxes crushed due to heavier boxes placed onto of lighter boxes to include tubs. Also we are having to unpack a portion of our trailer in order to reconfigure to try and get more in so we are not losing more money in replacing items. Nothing against Chris (owner), it was mainly his guys working for him. Night and day difference from the unloaders I hired on back end to unload and place into storage. Would possibly recommend for unloading labor, but need to step up Tetris game for loading in order to maximize all available space in truck.
