BP Movers never showed. TF kept saying crew was coming. I had to call Moving Labor to get information multiple times. Not until 5:00 did I get final word no one was coming.  Poor communication. Never Again!

Response from BP Movers:

This was the first time we have ever had this happened and we apologize dearly. We had a driver run into problems on the way to the job that resulted in a trip to the doctors. Moving labor and myself were both working together to find a replacement and we just couldn’t get that done. We offered many discounts to make up for the inconvenience we caused. The customer let us know our efforts to make it right was not needed as they found another company. This is not us and don’t represent us as you see every other review is 5 star

Unfortunately my experience with moving companies did not prepare me for limitations to the services that could be performed. This is absolutely no reflection on the movers who were extremely professional, pleasant & communicative. The next time I will understand what actions  and cannot be performed by the company.

If you want extra furniture moved, tell them beforehand so they can bring a furniture dolly. They moved things quite quickly into the Pod and secured the boxes.

They actually were available to arrive earlier than the scheduled time but I was the slow poke. They came in and helped me move everything quickly and effortlessly. I hope to not have to move anytime soon but if I do, I'd absolutely use them again.
